Animal Care League Will Offer Low Cost Spay/Neuter for Dogs and Cats.

The Animal Care League also formally took ownership of the adjacent building
next to their location today as they signed an agreement to expand their animal
welfare to cover the village of Oak Park in addition to their current mission of
finding homes for their dogs and cats.
