Park's Boards are Forming
I'm
seeking folks who will engage in an Exploratory
Committee
to run a party or independent( s) in the April
Oak Park elections. I
believe that the VCA and others have explored and debated most of these
issues since 2002 and that these issues will ring true with most of VCA
folks and a good deal of other Oak Parkers:
Say NO to:
Paid
Consultants. We have excellent free resources in Oak Park, including over 100 Commissioners.
Outside Lawyers. Especially ones hired to fight the unions.
TIFS. Let's put the money back into the schools.
Parking Meters.
Cutting back on Police and Fire people.
